Dionte Christmas nailed 21 points to lead the winners. CSKA erupted for 29 points in the opening frame to grab the lead. They entered the second quarter up by five points. CSKA extended the gap in the second term. The visitors secured a 50:39 halftime buffer. Bamberg started to pick up the tempo in the third term. They opened the period with six points in a row. Anton Gavel capped the term with a free throw as Brose Baskets trailed by just three points before the final frame 64:67. But CSKA did not allow the hosts to pull ahead. Sonny Weems and Dionte Christmas made it 89:80 for CSKA late in regulation and the visitors ran away with victory. Milos Teodosic provided 19 points and 9 assists for CSKA. Sonny Weems added 16 points in the victory. Casey Jacobsen responded with 18 points for Brose Baskets. Anton Gavel had 16 points in the loss.
