Regular Season Round 10: Kotwica - Rosa Radom 63-70 (16-14, 18-15, 20-16, 9-25)
Date: December 1, 2012 Bottom-ranked Rosa Radom managed to get a third victory, breaking the five-game losing streak. This time newly promoted Rosa Radom won against eighth-ranked Kotwica in Kolobrzeg 70-63. Kotwica was ahead by 9 points after three quarters before a 25-9 charge of Rosa Radom, which allowed them to win the game. They also forced 23 Kotwica turnovers. Kotwica was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Artur Donigiewicz (185-84) who helped to win the game recording 14 points. American power forward Kim Adams (201-82, college: Arkansas St.) contributed with 3 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. American guard Sean Mosley (193-89, college: Maryland) replied with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 11 rebounds and his fellow American import forward Demetrius Brown (201-83, college: San Jose St.) added 16 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Kotwica. Four Kotwica players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Rosa Radom (3-8) moved-up to eleventh place. Kotwica at the other side keeps the eighth position with seven games lost. They share it with Polpharma and Start Gdynia. Rosa Radom will play against higher ranked Stelmet ZG (#6) in Zielona Gora in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Kotwica will play on the road against Energa Czarni having rather not much hope for a victory.
