Important game to mention about took place in Reggio Emilia. Ninth ranked Enel Brindisi (5-5) saved a 3-point victory on the road edging higher ranked Trenkwalder RE (5-5) 78-75 in the fight for the seventh place. The guests trailed by 5 points after three quarters before their 23-15 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Enel Brindisi forced 26 Trenkwalder RE turnovers. It was a very good performance for American forward Antywane Robinson (203-84, college: Temple, agency: Priority Sports) who helped to win the game recording 20 points and 4 steals. The other American import power forward Jerai Grant (203-89, college: Clemson) contributed with 13 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Enel Brindisi's coach Pier Luigi Bucchi used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. International point guard Andrea Cinciarini (190-86) replied with 8 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists and American point guard Dominic James (180-86, college: Marquette) added 17 points and 6 steals in the effort for Trenkwalder RE.
