Maccabi Electra Tel Aviv wins Group B with 8-2 record. The Israeli team overcame Alba Berlin 78:62 in their last game of the Regular Season and advanced to Top 16 from the first place in the group. The German team took the last ticket from the group with 4-6 record from the fourth position. More than 11000 fans came to support the top team from the group in Tel Aviv. The hosts started with 23-13 and added massive 25-11 in the second period. Alba Berlin was too far to give up and erupted with 25-12 in the third period. Maccabi Electra Tel Aviv however needed a final 18-13 push to seal the victory. Ricky Hickman paced all the winners with 17 points and David Logan added 15. Yogev Ohayon delivered 14, whilst Sylven Landesberg notched 13. Deon Thompson finished the game with 16 points and 10 rebounds in defeat and Nihad Djedovic had 13. Derrick Byars posted 12, whilst Heiko Schaffartzik tossed in 10.
