It looked good early as Poitiers took an 3-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Entente Orleans 45 had a 23-13 second period charge getting the lead and Poitiers was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 81-90. Entente Orleans 45 made 24-of-26 charity shots (92.3 percent) during the game. American guard Christopher Hill (191-83, college: Michigan St., agency: Higher Vision Sports) orchestrated the victory by scoring 20 points. His fellow American import forward Brian Greene (204-81, college: Colorado St.) contributed with 13 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Four Entente Orleans 45 players scored in double figures. American guard Anthony Smith (196-86, college: Liberty) answered with 25 points and American-Italian guard Anthony Dobbins (194-81, college: Richmond) added 9 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists in the effort for Poitiers.
