The visitors accumulated a 4-point lead after ten minutes. Real maintained the pressure throughout the second quarter. They enjoyed a 47:38 halftime lead. Brose Baskets tried to get back into the game in the third quarter. Bostjan Nachbar put the hosts within four with a triple midway through the frame 49:53. Real hung on to establish a 63:57 lead at the final intermission. The visitors tipped off the final frame with an 8:2 run to ensure a 71:59 lead and never looked back en route to the win. Jaycee Carroll had 13 points, while Sergio Rodriguez added 11 points and 6 assists for Real. Bostjan Nachbar answered with 19 points for Bamberg. Anton Gavel finished with 17 points in defeat.
