Regal FC Barcelona led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Lagun Aro GBC's 36 and made 19-of-23 free shots (82.6 percent) during the game. They outrebounded Lagun Aro GBC 38-20 including a 30-16 advantage in defensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of Australian power forward Nathan Jawai (208-86, college: Midland CC) who helped to win the game recording 9 points and 10 rebounds and Croatian center Ante Tomic (217-87) who added 11 points and 8 rebounds during the contest. Four Regal FC Barcelona players scored in double figures. At the losing side Brazilian point guard Raul Neto (186-92) responded with 14 points and center David Doblas (206-81) scored 5 points and 5 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Defending champion moved-up to seventh place, which they share with Blusens M. Lagun Aro GBC lost third consecutive game. They stay at the bottom position with 14 games lost.
