Caja Laboral started the game better and led 15:8 early in the first period. FC Barcelona Regal scored some important baskets later in the frame and reduced to 28:27. In the second period the guests took control and finished the half with 3-point advantage. The third quarter was decisive in the game and allowed the guests to taste 13-point deficit. Caja Laboral cut it to 7 points, while Sarunas Jasikevicius closed the frame at 69:60. Maciej Lampe closed an 8-0 run for 69:68 early in the fourth period, but Barcelona later replied with a 7-0 run and never looked behind. Due to 21-19 in the period the guests reached an important 90:79 victory.
Pete Mickeal top-scored for the winners with 23 points and Joe Ingles netted 12. Ante Tomic and Juan Carlos Navarro delivered 11 points each. Maciej Lampe answered with 21 points and 11 rebounds in defeat, while San Emeterio Fernando notched 14. Nemanja Bjelica scored 11 and Andres Nocioni added 9.
