Kaipeda and Panevezys will host FIBA U19 World Championship from July 18-28. The Lithuanian cities are fully prepared for the excited event. Lithuania will host the U19 World Championships in 2013. The Baltic State was chosen earlier in Brazil. Chile farewell to the Championship in 2011 and the tournament moves back to Europe. Lithuania will host the U19 World Championships in 2013. The Baltic State was chosen today in Brazil. Chile farewell to the Championship in 2011 and the tournament moves back to Europe. In 2011 USA cruised past Spain 69:46 in the Big Final of the FIBA U19 World Championship in Chile. FINAL Spain - USA 46-69 USA cruised past Spain 69-46 in the Big Final of the FIBA U19 World Championship in Chile. USA defended the Gold from the 2009 championship and they also celebrated at the same event four years ago. Spain ended with Silver. Kaleena Lewis (183-F-93) stepped up for USA with 15 points and 8 rebounds.
