SEMIFINALS USA - Russia 78-68 The USA advanced into the World University Games Final. They held off Russian in an exciting semifinal clash. Perry Ellis (203-F-93) scored 23 points to pace the winners. Russia gained an 18:14 lead after the opening quarter. But the USA responded with a 28-point outburst to secure a 42:39 halftime lead.
