Avia started strong and thanks to an inspired defense, went ahead by goo at the break. TSU palyed its best ball in the last quarter and even cut down the 22 point deficit to a single possession ball, but in the end it was not enough, as Levan Moseshvili's team went ahead in these tight series. Avia's captain Kote Tugushi (193-G-84) (193-G-84) was again solid and had anbother double-double, while his teammate Tornike Niniashvili (202-C-82) just missed it by a single board. Irakli Keidia (203-F-83) scored 19 points and 7 rebounds while Mishka Panchulidze (195-F-83) added 19 points and 5 rebounds for TSU.

Giorgi Gamqrelidze (183-G-86) was great for Energy, as he just came up short of double-double scoring 19 points, 9 rebounds, 6 assists, 3 steals. Jovan Stefanov (208-F-83, college: Ill.-Chicago) the Serbian legioner for Energy was performing good as well and was distinguished by 16 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists and 2 block shots.
Mikheil Berishvili (205-F-87, agency: N.E.T.) was again the man for Vita, but his 31 points could not break down an Energy machine.

Davit Barbakadze (204-F-82) and Davit Berishvili (181-G-78) had solid games for students, while Kote Tugushi (193-G-84), Avia's captain had 5 offensive rebounds and play off high 28 points.

As for the Energy Invest and Vita, David Ustiashvili's team won the second game as well and needs just one win to go to the finals. Jovan Stefanov (208-F-83, college: Ill.-Chicago) was crucial player for Energy Invest's win who made 28 points, 8 rebounds, 4 block shots and 3 steals.

The hosts started well and if not for early shining of Vita forward Mikheil Berishvili (205-F-87, agency: N.E.T.) (20 first half points), Energy would have been in control of the match.
However, Energy clamped around Berishvili after the break and it paid off big way. Giorgi Gamqrelidze (183-G-86) had an outstanding game while dishing out 11 assists and the favorites went ahead in this series, while hosting the second encounter as well. Besik Lezhava (192-G-86) was hiting the a lot of three pointers while Serbian forward Jovan Stefanov (208-F-83, college: Ill.-Chicago) took very important lay-ups...

Levan Moseshvili 's team went ahead by double digits from early on and thanx to an inspired play from Nodar Beraia, they clinged to this lage lead throughout the whole first half. Team captain Kote Tugushi (193-G-84) was solid at playmaking and Tornike Niniashvili (202-C-82) controlled the glass. The lead went as high as 28 points.
In third quarter, however, Kote Tugushi fouled out and TSU cut the lead to 3 points in the closing minutes, but Avia made its free throws and went ahead in the series. 3 players each from both teams fouled out, as Avia shot 54 free throws.

It was a real show and a great event in the whole country. Both squads produced an offensive game and the majority of the players could contribute for the teams. Viktor Sanikidze (203-F-86, agency: Life Sports) top-scored for the winners with 41 points, 8 rebounds and 3 assists. He was named MVP of the Game proving his professional skills and abilities. Ledjava nailed 19, while Zviadi Babiashvili (200-F-78) scored 14. Matiashvili ended up with 29 points and 13 rebounds in the losing effort. As for the game itself it saw Nugzar Cheishvili's team winning the opening quarter 37:35. They also controlled the rest of the first half and finished the second quarter with 32:27 advantage. Having however 7 points at the half time Nugzar Cheishvili's team could not keep the score for good. David Ustiashvili's team bounced back in the third quarter with 38:27. Another 34:22 stun the opponent as David Ustiashvili's team won the encounter. In the Slam Dunk contest Viktor Sanikidze won the show being the best in Round 1 and the Final. David Berishvili was the best in the 3-pointer contest finishing with 20 points in the Final.
