| FINALS OF THE KOSOVA CUP TOURNAMENT IN PRISHTINA | |

| | | The Board of Basketball Federation of Kosova in the meeting held on April 8th 2008 took these decisions: D E C I S I O N S The Regulation for National Teams of Kosova is approved. The finals of Kosova Cup tournament in basketball will take place in Prishtina from April 18 till April 20th 2008.
The organization of the Kosova Cup will be done by BC' Sigal Prishtina' General Secretary of BFK, Isuf Lumi is obliged according to the annunciation made, to sign the contract with BC' Sigal Prishtina' for organizing Kosova Cup tournament. The Summer Basketball Camp for young categories will be organized from June 22nd till June 29th 2008 in Bresovica. The Assembly of Basketball Federation of Kosova will take place by the end of May or in the beginning of June. The president of BFK Erolld Belegu

| | | Basketball Federation of Kosova Board, in the meeting held on March 25th 2008 took this : D E C I S I O N
That the organizer of the finals in the Kosova Cup tournament for the competitive edition 2007/2008 to be appointed based on the bid:
The winner of the bid must fulfill these conditions:
1.To organize the finals of the tournament in one of the Sports Hall in which Mabetex Super League matches are played
2. To provide all the technical conditions for games based on the FIBA rules.
3. To provide the medals and plates for winners and the finalists of the tournament for both categories.
4. To cover all the expenses of the official people for all the matches during the final Tournament.
5. To provide in the court only 100 seats and that only in the central part of it.
6. To provide only 10 honor seats for the Board members of BFK.
7. To put two posters for each of the League's sponsors. ( Mabetex, Toyota, Stobi Flips)
8. To provide special place for media
9. To provide TV broadcast for at least a match of semifinals and the final match in men's category.
10. To provide a sufficient number of fans for other participating teams.
11. To provide a sufficient number of security people during all final matches of the tournament
12. To offer funds for development of the NT's of young categories.
13. The offers will be accepted until April, 4 2008 0n 16:00.
14. All the offers will be closed
The winner of the bid for organizing the tournament will be the club which offers better financial conditions for development of the NT's for young categories and guarantees that all the above mentioned conditions will be fulfilled.
