Valencia Basket (Liga Endesa) inked 26-year old American point guard Erick Green (190-84kg-91, college: Virginia Tech). He played most recently at Olympiacos in Greek A1 league. In 31 games he averaged 9.4ppg, 2.2rpg and 1.5apg last season. Green helped them to win the regular season and make it to the final. A very good season in his career as he was awarded Eurobasket.com All-Greek A1 League Co-Newcomer of the Year, selected to All-Imports Team and selected to 2nd Team. Green also played 36 games in Euroleague where he had 9.9ppg and 1.9rpg.
The previous (15-16) season Green played at another team Bighorns in U.S. semi-pro league G-Leaguen. In 44 games he recorded very impressive stats: 26.5ppg, 4.4rpg, 3.9apg and 1.3spg. He contributed to his team winning the D-League West Division title (twice). It was a very successful season in his career as he was awarded USBasket.com All-D-League Guard of the Year, selected to 1st Team and to the All-Star Game.
In 2013 Green was drafted by Utah Jazz (NBA) in second round (46th overall). The former Virginia Tech standoutis in his fifth season in pro basketball.

Cedevita brought a familiar face back to the team, none than the captain of the Croatian national team Roko-Leni Ukic (196-PG-84), who agreed a two-year deal. Ukic already played for Cedevita in the 2014-15 season, averaging 10.1 points, 2.0 rebounds and 4.9 assists in 10 Euroleague games and 7.7 points, 2.6 rebounds and 4.0 assists in 26 Adriatic League games.
Ukic arives from AEK Athens, where he averaged 11.3 points, 2.8 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 0.9 assists in 32 Greek A1 League games lst season. He also produced 10.0 points, 2.4 rebounds, 4.4 assists, 0.7 steals and 0.3 blocks per game in 18 FIBA Champions League appearances. Maccabi Fox Tel-Aviv (Winner League) landed 21-year old Australian forward Jonah Bolden (208-98kg-96, college: UCLA). He moved there from Crvena Zvezda in Serbian KLS league where he played this season. The last season Bolden played at FMP Beograd (also in KLS). In 15 games he averaged 12.1ppg, 6.7rpg, 1.1apg and 1.7spg. He helped them to make it to the semifinals. It was a very successful season in his career as he was awarded Eurobasket.com All-Serbian League Player of the Year, Import Player of the Year and Forward of the Year. Bolden also played 25 games in ABA League where he had 12.9ppg, 7.2rpg (#4 in the league), 1.8apg, 1.0spg and 1.0bpg.
This summer Bolden was drafted by Philadelphia 76ers (NBA) in second round (36th overall). He just graduated from Univ.of Calif.at Los Angeles and it is his first season in pro basketball.
Bolden won National Prep championship title in 2014.

Penarol Mar del Plata (LigaA) strengthened their roster with addition of 33-year old former Argentinian international power forward Alejandro Alloatti (203-110kg-84) from Libertad Sunchales. He has played there for the last six years. In 39 LigaA games he averaged 6.6ppg and 3.9rpg last season.
Among other achievements Alloatti's team made it to the Argentinian Super 4 Cup Final Four in 2016. He received also Latinbasket.com All-Argentinian LigaA Honorable Mention award in 2015.
He has a double citizenship as he also holds Italian passport.
Alloatti was also a member of Argentinian international program for some years. He played for Argentinian Senior National Team between 2001 and 2011 and previously for U21 National Team between 2001 and 2005.

Samnick also played that season for Olympique Antibes (ProA) where in 7 games he recorded 3.3ppg and 3.3rpg.
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others his team made it to the French La Semaine des AS Cup Final Four in 2012. Samnick was selected to French ProA All-Star Game back in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009. He was a member of Cameroonian Senior National Team back in 2011.
Samnick has spent his entire career in France playing for five other teams: Paris Levallois, ASVEL Lyon Villeurbanne Basket, Chorale de Roanne, Sluc Nancy and JL Bourg.
It's very possible he may end his playing career at Besancon.
Samnick attended Georgetown University until 2003 and it will be his 15th (!!!) season as a professional player.

In 2012 Hamilton was drafted by Philadelphia 76ers (NBA) in second round (45th overall). The former Louisiana State University staris in his sixth season in pro basketball.
Hamilton's team won Croatian Supercup in 2013. He has been regularly called to Croatian Senior National Team since 2016.
Hamilton is quite experienced player. He has played also professionally in Latvia (VEF Riga), NBA (Miami Heat, Minnesota Timberwolves and Charlotte Hornets), NBA G League (Sioux Falls Skyforce) and Croatia (Cibona).

Ironi Nahariya (Winner League) inked 22-year old international shooting guard Iftach Ziv (191-95, agency: Avi Zilberman) from Maccabi Ashdod. In 33 Winner League games he recorded 7.9ppg, 3.5rpg, 3.9apg and 1.6spg last season. He helped them to make it to the Israeli Cup Semifinals. A very good season in his career as he was voted to Israeli League All-Star Game.
The most of previous (2015-16) season Ziv spent at Bnei Hasharon where in 24 Winner League games he averaged 5.0ppg, 2.0rpg and 2.8apg. Ziv also played that season for Maccabi Haifa. In 12 Winner League games he had just 2.0ppg and 1.0rpg.
Ziv has been also a member of Israeli international program for some years. He has regularly played for Israeli senior team since 2016 and previously for U18 National Team in 2013.
Ziv represented Israel at the European Championships U20 in Lignano Sabbiadoro (Italy) two years ago. His stats at that event were 9 games: 3.0ppg, 1.0rpg, 1.0spg.
Ziv has played previously for two other teams: Ironi Kiryat Ata and Kiryat Tivon.

Urania Milano (Serie B) agreed terms with 29-year old center Giacomo Eliantonio (206-102kg-88). He played last season at NPC Rieti in the Serie A2. In 30 games he had 3.8ppg and 1.4rpg. Serie B will be definitely a better match and he can see more playing time.
The previous (15-16) season Eliantonio played at Amatori Sport Falconara Marittima where in 36 Serie B games he recorded 13.4ppg, 4.9rpg and 2.1apg. He helped them to make it to the group semifinals.
Eliantonio represented Italy at the European Championships U20 in Riga (Latvia) nine years ago. His stats at that event were 8 games: 8.8ppg, 1.6rpg, 1.1apg, 1.3spg, FGP: 61.1%, 3PT: 42.1%.
Eliantonio has played previously for eight other teams: Unieuro Forli, Rimini, Mens Sana 1871 Siena, Jesi, Scafati, Basket Barcellona, Recanati and Napoli Basket.
On Eliantonio: A fundametally sound inside player, who can spend time in 4 and 5 positions. Needs of playing time to reach the definitive maturation. Has a very good outside shooting touch, and this could enable him to become a good power forward.
