Brooks has played previously professionally in other NBA teams (Denver Nuggets, Phoenix Suns and Sacramento Kings) and China (Guandong Tigers).
Let's have closer look into His outlook: (by Matthew Maurer for NBADraft.net in 2007)
Brooks is an above average athlete with great quickness. Shifty ball handler capable of getting separation with fakes and stutter steps. Perimeter shooting has improved greatly this year in consistency and confidence Is a capable three point shooter, off the dribble or with his feet set.
Despite being a point guard, Brooks lacks the qualities that most NBA teams look for in that position. Still doesnt control the tempo very well and possesses just average court vision

Cyprus - Apoel adds Zdravic to their roster  - by Chris Mammides - 9 hours ago

Cytavision Apoel Nicosia (Division A) added to their roster 20-year old point guard Petar Zdravic (192-97). He played most recently at Anagennises in Cypriot Division A. In 10 games he recorded 3.4ppg and 2.4rpg in 2015-16 season. Zdravic also spent pre-season at Apollon that year.
The scouts decsribe him following way: By Chris Mammides / Jan. 2016
One of the best performers at his age in the Cyprus league, the Cyprus born and raised, Serbian left handed point guard, begun his career in the academies of Apollon Limassol and moved to the Anagennisi Germasogias in December 2015 on a lend in order to get some real time in the men's division and gets some experiences in the court against tougher opponents. Petar is completely skilled basketball wise and he can pass the ball but also he can score a lot. He defends very well and is very athletic. Despite his not so muscular body he can defend against stronger opponents and he can really give them some hard time. Having in mind that is among the few players in the island that at the age of 17 he is participating in a men's roster and has 25-30 minutes averaging 7.4 points, 3 rebounds and 2.8 assists, Petar has all the future in front of him. The fact that he is a left hand but can use both his hands with the same ease and the fact that he is using more his brains than his body are some major characteristics on his advantages. Petar is of a good quality and calibre player and with some more personal job to gain some physical strength he will be following the successful path at his professional career in basketball. The Cyprus Basketball federation hopefully will call him to participate in the National Team's work-outs and he will become a member of the Cyprus NT soon enough

NBA - Suns C Alex Len plans to sign qualifying offer before training camp  - by Eurobasket News - 9 hours ago

Barring an unforeseen change of events, Phoenix Suns center Alex Len (7'1''-C-93, college: Maryland) is planning to sign the team's $4.2 million qualifying offer before training camp, clearing the way to become an unrestricted free agent in 2018, league sources told ESPN. The Suns open camp on Tuesday at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff. Len, 24, the fifth overall pick in the 2013 NBA draft, has spent the summer as a restricted free agent. Len, a skilled 7-footer, investigated offer sheets and sign-and-trade proposals, but none made sense with the possibility of free agency next summer. The Suns are preserving salary-cap space in 2018 without signing him to an extension now, but do risk losing Len for no compensation. With Len signing a $4.2 million qualifying offer, Phoenix would enter the season with $14.3 million in salary-cap space. Len will have veto power over a trade. If traded, he would lose his Bird rights in contract negotiations. Phoenix wants to study's Len's progress in the 2017-18 season before committing to a long-term, lucrative contract extension to him. Len has started 80 games over the past two seasons, including 34 in 2016-17 when he averaged eight points, 6.6 rebounds and 1.3 blocks a game.
