Aztop clinch D1 title - May 15, 2016


Aztop became the new D1 champions. They overcame NTD in the championship series. Aztop claimed an 81:63 victory in Game 2 of the series to complete the sweep. Aztop eked out a narrow 67:62 win in the opening game of the series. They continued on the winning note in Game 2. Aztop led from start to finish to earn a well-deserved trophy at the end.
Baku Oilers in the meantime leveled things up against Baku in the consolation final series. Baku Oilers claimed a 79:73 win in Game 2 to force the decider.
