Eight U16 (2010) teams were invited to participate in the BBBL SuperCup tournament! The heavyweights represented Germany (Skyliners & Alba), Israel (Maccabi), Lithuania (NKA & KA Saule), and Latvia (Pardaugava, DSN, Basketbola klase) KA Saule started very seriously from the beginning, finishing the group stage with 3-0 and keeping pedal to the gas on the playoffs! Semifinal vs NKA 60-44, final vs DSN 84-47.
Silver medalists - DSN Riga showed a very solid performance, taking over Maccabi, Skyliners, and NKA in the group round, and won the semifinal game against Pardaugava with a last-second 3-point shot.
