Sendai 89ers' coach Robert Pierce tested ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Akita Happinets maintains second position with 19-13 record behind leader Okinawa GK, which they share with Shiga L-Stars. Sendai 89ers at the other side dropped to the sixth place with 16 games lost. Akita Happinets' next round opponent will be Takamatsu FA (#9) on the road and are hoping to win another game.
