The game had a very big importance for sixth-ranked Roseto as it allowed them to take a leadership position. Roseto smashed 7th ranked P.Mantovana at home 81-55. It was a key game for the top position in the league. It was a great shooting night for Roseto especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 52.6 percentage. Roseto's coach Philip Melillo felt very confident that he used 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side American power forward Johndre Jefferson (207-88, college: S.Carolina, agency: Three Eye Sports) responded with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 12 rebounds and point guard Jordan Losi (182-80) scored 14 points and 6 assists. As mentioned above they are at the top of the standings, which they share with 3 other teams. P.Mantovana at the other side dropped to the fifth place with two games lost.
