The game between closely ranked teams ended with 12th ranked Sabac's (6-11) road loss to eleventh ranked Mladost ZE (8-9) 67-75. It looked good early as Sabac took an 4-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Mladost ZE had a 20-12 second period charge getting the lead and Sabac was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 67-75. Mladost ZE players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists comparing to just 7 passes made by Sabac's players. Ognjen Djukic orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 10 points, 6 rebounds and 12 assists. Forward Nenad Banjanin (201-85, college: E.Michigan) contributed with 12 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Forward Aleksandar Ivanovic (197-82) answered with 20 points (was perfect 8-for-8 from the free throw line) and Bosnian center Aleksandar Todorovic (206-87) added 13 points and 9 rebounds in the effort for Sabac. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Mladost ZE moved-up to seventh place, which they share with 4 other teams. Sabac lost fourth consecutive game. Newly promoted team keeps the twelfth position with 11 games lost. Mladost ZE's next round opponent will be higher ranked Pirot (#6) on the road and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
