Rather expected game when 7th ranked Bank of Taiwan (5-25) was crushed by fifth ranked Dacin Tigers (12-17) 78-58 on Friday. The game without a history. Dacin Tigers led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Nigerian-American power forward Reggie Okosa (208-80, college: La Salle) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 12 rebounds for the winners and the former international guard Chih-Feng Chang (183-81) chipped in 21 points. Four Dacin Tigers players scored in double figures. At the losing side Canadian center Liam McMorrow (218-87, college: Tenn Tech, agency: Worldwide Career Management) responded with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 10 rebounds and guard Po-Sheng Chang (185-87) scored 12 points and 5 rebounds. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Dacin Tigers maintains fifth place with 12-17 record. Bank of Taiwan lost their third game in a row. They stay dead last with 25 lost games. Dacin Tigers will face higher ranked Yulon Luxgen (#4) in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Bank of Taiwan will play against Taiwan Beer and hope to win that game.
