Regular Season Round 3: 08 - LF Future 94-83

Not a big story in a game when LF Future (1-3) was defeated on the road by 08 Stockholm (3-0) 94-83 on Sunday. The game was mostly controlled by 08 Stockholm. LF Future was better in fourth quarter 25-18. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. 08 Stockholm dominated down low during the game scoring 76 of its points in the paint compared to LF Future's 42. They outrebounded LF Future 44-27 including 30 on the defensive glass. LF Future was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a great evening for forward Simon Forsberg (197-90) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 30 points and 11 rebounds. Center Jean Guede (200-79) helped adding 18 points and 12 rebounds. The best for the losing side was point guard Caleb Musie (173-95) with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 13 assists and Spanish guard Pablo Arenaza (194-93) scored 17 points and 6 rebounds. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. 08 Stockholm's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Stockholm to the arena Polisen.
