Very expected game when 13th ranked Casalpusterlengo (3-7) was defeated at home by ninth ranked Mantovana (5-5) 64-58. Casalpusterlengo was tied at the half but could not keep up in last two quarters eventually losing the game. Naturalized American forward Ryan Amoroso (205-85, college: San Diego St.) notched a double-double by scoring 13 points and 11 rebounds to lead the effort and international Riccardo Moraschini (191-91) supported him with 12 points and 8 rebounds. Four Mantovana players scored in double figures. Even 13 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists by Cuban Howard Sant-Roos (200-91) did not help to save the game for Casalpusterlengo. Forward Giampaolo Ricci (200-91) added 10 points and 8 rebounds for lost side. Casalpusterlengo's coach Andrea Zanchi rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Mantovana moved-up to sixth place, which they share with 4 other teams. Casalpusterlengo lost fourth consecutive game.
