The most shocking disappointment of round 29 in the LNBP was a road defeat of 5th ranked Fuerza Regia (14-12) to eighth ranked Abejas (12-15) 107-100. The hosts trailed by 1 point after three quarters before their 30-22 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Abejas dominated down low during the game scoring 72 of its points in the paint compared to Fuerza Regia's 52 and made 17-of-20 free shots (85.0 percent) during the game. They outrebounded Fuerza Regia 34-19 including 20 on the defensive glass. Americans were the main players on the court.
