There was a minor upset in Imola where 9th ranked Legnano (7-9) was defeated by twelfth ranked Aget Service IM (7-9) 85-70 on Sunday. The hosts trailed by 7 points at the halftime before their 53-31 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Aget Service IM forced 21 Legnano turnovers. Worth to mention a great performance of American guard Karvel Anderson (188-91, college: Robert Morris) who helped to win the game recording 22 points and 8 rebounds and naturalized Albanian Franko Bushati (190-85, agency: Two Points) who added 18 points during the contest. Four Aget Service IM players scored in double figures. At the losing side American-Gambian forward Ousman Krubally (201-88, college: Georgia St.) responded with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 11 rebounds and American guard John Merchant (187-89, college: Dowling) scored 14 points and 7 rebounds. Aget Service IM moved-up to tenth place, which they share with defeated Legnano. Aget Service IM will face Piacentina (#15) in Piacenza in the next round where they are favorite.
