Mahram smashed Qazvin in Tehran 83-54. The game without a history. Mahram led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to Qazvin's 28 and made 16-of-20 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game. Mahram forced 25 Qazvin turnovers. International Oshin Sahakian (200-86) scored 10 points and 6 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and the former international Arman Zangeneh (202-93) chipped in 12 points and 5 rebounds during the contest. Four Mahram players scored in double figures. The former international center Mohammad Yousofvand (207-96) responded with 9 points and 6 rebounds and center Ghobad Dori (204-89) scored 8 points. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Qazvin will play next round against Sanaye trying to get back on the winning streak. Mahram will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game.
