Ligaen top team - Horsens IC (21-3) had no problems winning another game on Thursday. This time they crushed sixth ranked Randers (11-13) 108-70. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Randers. The game without a history. Horsens IC led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Horsens IC forced 21 Randers turnovers and outrebounded them 45-34 including 34 on the defensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 30 assists comparing to just 15 passes made by Randers' players. The best player for the winners was Bosnian swingman Vedran Borovcanin (199-85) who scored 20 points and 5 rebounds. International guard Esben Reinholt (195-93, agency: Octagon Europe) chipped in 15 points and 8 assists. At the other side the best for losing team was American power forward Bonell Colas (205-82, college: Florida) who recorded a double-double by scoring 18 points and 17 rebounds and the former international swingman Chris Nielsen (192-85) added 17 points, 7 assists and 8 steals respectively. Five Horsens IC and four Randers players scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Horsens IC have an impressive 12-game winning streak.
