The game between Asseco II (6-4) and AZS UMCS (4-7) in Gdynia on Sunday ended with biggest points difference. Guests from Lublin outscored Asseco II 101-59. The game without a history. AZS UMCS led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 64 of its points in the paint compared to Asseco II's 26 and made 25-of-29 free shots (86.2 percent) during the game, while Asseco II only scored nine points from the stripe. They outrebounded Asseco II 48-24 including a 36-16 advantage in defensive rebounds. It was a good game for forward Adam Mysliwiec (200-90) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 32 points and 14 rebounds. Swingman Dawid Mysliwiec (195-88) contributed with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. Center Roman Szymanski (211-91, college: Colby CC) answered with 10 points and 6 rebounds and Michal Kolodziej (200-97) added 11 points in the effort for Asseco II. Asseco II's coach Tane Spasev gave up on the game allowing to play eleven players seeing no chance for a win. AZS UMCS will face Trefl II Sopot (#10) at home in the next round.
