We should mention about the upset which took place in Huesca, where higher ranked Planasa NV (14-11) lost to twelfth ranked Lobe Huesca (8-16) in a road game 67-73. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Planasa NV won third quarter 20-18. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Point guard Dario Brizuela (196-94) notched 13 points to lead the effort and Dutch-British guard Devon Van Oostrum (190-93, agency: Octagon Europe) supported him with 14 points. Lobe Huesca's coach Quim Costa used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. Even 15 points and 9 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) by center Albert Moncasi (209-86) did not help to save the game for Planasa NV. Power forward Ivan Garcia (206-86) added 18 points for the guests. Four Planasa NV players scored in double figures. Lobe Huesca maintains twelfth position with 8-16 record. Planasa NV lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the seventh place with 11 games lost. Lobe Huesca's next round opponent will be Cocinas.com (#13) in Logrono.
