South Korea thumped India in the classification round. The Korean team led from start to finish. They dropped 59 points in the first half to open a 24-point lead. South Korea followed with a 30-point outburst in the third term to pile up a 39-point lead at the final break. They followed with a 28:22 run in the fourth frame to seal the win. Eight players scored in double digits for South Korea. Tae-Jong Moon finished with 22 points, while Sung-Min Cho had 16 points for the winners. Amjyot Singh responded with 24 points for India. Amritpal Singh had 18 points in the defeat.
