The game in Nitra supposed to be also quite interesting. Inter Bratislava (2-0) played at the court of Nitra (0-2). Inter Bratislava smashed Nitra 94-52 on Wednesday. The game without a history. Inter Bratislava led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to Nitra's 16. Inter Bratislava forced 19 Nitra turnovers and had a 33-20 advantage in offensive rebounds. The former international power forward Radoslav Rancik (205-79, college: St.Cloud St., agency: Beo Basket) notched 20 points to lead the effort and international point guard Nenad Milosevic (190-83, agency: 011 Sports) supported him with 10 points and 7 rebounds. Even 15 points by Serbian guard Filip Simic (185-90, agency: Beo Basket) did not help to save the game for Nitra. Serbian forward Filip Pejovic (198-89, college: Erskine) added 13 points and 8 rebounds for the hosts. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Inter Bratislava will meet at home Rieker KN (#4) in the next round. Nitra will play against Iskra Svit (#8) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
