Regular Season Round 3: AB Ancud - CDU Catolica 86-73

Universidad Catolica (2-1) recorded a loss on the court of AB Ancud. Visitors were defeated by AB Ancud 86-73. Universidad Catolica was ahead by 6 points at the halftime before a 39-20 second half run of AB Ancud. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Universidad Catolica to just 6 points in third quarter. American forward Jordan Clarke (203-89, college: Drake) came up with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 12 rebounds and the other American import point guard Erik Buggs (180-90, college: Valparaiso) added 22 points respectively for Universidad Catolica in the defeat. AB Ancud will play against Los Leones (#7) in Quilpue in the next round. Universidad Catolica will play on the road against CD Castro (#4) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
