Regular Season Round 6: Indios - Santos 65-90

The game between higher ranked Ciudad (2-4) and ninth ranked Santos (2-4) in Ciudad Juarez on Saturday ended with biggest points difference. Guests from San Luis Potosi outscored Ciudad 90-65. It was a good game for American forward Chris Cayole (201-85, college: St.Michael's) who led his team to a victory with 32 points. The other American import guard Mark Borders (188-82, college: Tampa) contributed with 21 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists for the winners. American forward James Penny (198-76, college: TCU) replied with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 14 rebounds and the former international power forward Arim Solares (202-83) added 12 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Ciudad. Santos moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Halc.Rojos and Indios. Santos will face league's second-placed Soles in Mexicali in the next round and it may be quite challenging game.
