Very predictable result when third ranked Osaka Evessa (8-3) outscored at home 9th ranked Takamatsu FA (4-7) 81-60 on Saturday. The hosts trailed by 3 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 9-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 81-60. Osaka Evessa forced 19 Takamatsu FA turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. The game was dominated by American players. Forward Lawrence Blackledge (206-86, college: Marquette) fired 11 points and 9 assists for the winners. Osaka Evessa have a solid series of three victories in a row. They moved-up to second place, which they share with Hamamatsu P. Takamatsu FA lost sixth consecutive game. They keep the ninth position with seven games lost. Osaka Evessa will face again Takamatsu FA (#9) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game.
