The most exciting game of round 13 in the SBL took place in Kosice. This derby game ended with only three-point home defeat of 3rd placed Slavia Kosice (8-4) to fourth ranked Inter Bratislava (8-3) 74-71 in the game for the third place. Inter Bratislava made 16-of-21 free shots (76.2 percent) during the game. Four Slavia Kosice players scored in double figures. Inter Bratislava have a solid series of four victories in a row. They moved-up to third place. Newly promoted Slavia Kosice dropped to the fourth position with four games lost. Inter Bratislava will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Slavia Kosice will play at home against Iskra Svit (#7) and is hoping to win this game.
