Very expected game in L´Hospitalet where 5th ranked AEC Collblanc (3-5) was defeated by top-ranked L'Hospitalet (8-0) 68-54 on Saturday. The guests were tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. L'Hospitalet had a 31-20 advantage in offensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Edgar San Epifanio (196-87) who helped to win the game recording 14 points and 5 rebounds and forward Alex Reina (192-89) who added 13 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. Four L'Hospitalet players scored in double figures. Forward Didac Perez (199-85) responded with 11 points and 7 rebounds and forward Lluis Jacas (198-90) scored 14 points. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. L'Hospitalet have an impressive eight-game winning streak. They maintain first position in Group C-B with 8-0 record. Loser AEC Collblanc dropped to the sixth place with five games lost. L'Hospitalet will face Pardinyes-L. (#8) in Lleida in the next round and are hoping to win another game. AEC Collblanc will play on the road against the league's second-placed Igualada and hope to win that game.
