Regular Season Round 7: LKS Lodz - Polonia W-wa 66-45

No shocking result in a game when third ranked LKS Lodz (6-1) outleveled at home 12th ranked Polonia W-wa (1-6) 66-45 on Sunday. They outrebounded Polonia W-wa 47-28 including 17 on the offensive glass. It was a great evening for forward Bartlomiej Bartoszewicz (199-92) who led his team to a victory scoring 17 points and 8 rebounds. Power forward Jakub Mazurowicz (202-93) helped adding 13 points and 8 rebounds. At the losing side power forward Filip Kober (200-93) responded with 7 points and 7 rebounds and point guard Kamil Dolinski (175-96) scored 8 points. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. LKS Lodz moved-up to second place in Group B, which they share with Gimbasket PRZM. Loser Polonia W-wa keeps the twelfth position with six games lost. LKS Lodz will face Start Lublin II (#10) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Polonia W-wa will play against Tur Bielsk Pdl. and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
