Serie B top team - Orzinuovi GaGa (10-0) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed twelfth ranked Padova (3-7) 70-51. Orzinuovi GaGa players were unselfish on offense dishing 24 assists comparing to just 11 passes made by Padova's players. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Antonio Ruggiero (190-81, agency: SPORTlab Agency) who helped to win the game recording 17 points, 8 assists and 4 steals. The former international power forward Riccardo Perego (202-81) contributed with 15 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Four Orzinuovi GaGa players scored in double figures. Forward Marco Lazzaro (198-92) replied with 13 points and guard Gabriele Salvato (193-90) added 6 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists in the effort for Padova. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Orzinuovi GaGa have an impressive ten-game winning streak. They maintain first position in B with 10-0 record. Newly promoted Padova keeps the twelfth place with seven games lost. Orzinuovi GaGa's next round opponent will be Bergamo (#4) on the road.
