The game in Yokohama was also quite interesting. Fourth ranked Okinawa GK (18-7) played at the court of 6th ranked Yokohama BC (13-13). Okinawa GK defeated Yokohama BC 90-74 on Friday. The game was mostly controlled by Okinawa GK. Yokohama BC was better in fourth quarter 29-19. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Okinawa GK looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. It was a good game for swingman Shuhei Kitagawa (185-85) who led his team to a victory with 21 points. American power forward Evan Ravenel (203-89, college: Ohio St.) contributed with 12 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Five Okinawa GK players scored in double figures. Panamanian-American forward Jordan Henriquez (214-89, college: Kansas St.) answered with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 11 rebounds and American forward Carl Hall (203-89, college: Wichita St.) added 14 points and 8 rebounds (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field) in the effort for Yokohama BC. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Okinawa GK have a solid series of three victories in a row. They moved-up to third place, which they share with Shimane SM. Yokohama BC lost third consecutive game. They keep the sixth position with 13 games lost. Okinawa GK will have a break next round. Yokohama BC will play again at home against Okinawa GK (#3) and hope to win that game.
