Bottom-ranked Elitzur Holon managed to get a second victory, breaking the six-game losing streak. This time they outleveled seventh-ranked Hap.Petah Tikva 92-73. It's especially surprising that the victory came too easily and 19-point difference proves that Elitzur Holon was well-prepared to that game. Five Elitzur Holon players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was American forward Jillian Robbins (190-84, college: Tulsa, agency: LBM Management) with a double-double by scoring 31 points and 10 rebounds and Brittany Brink (-93) scored 25 points and 5 rebounds. Elitzur Holon (2-10) moved-up to seventh place, which they share with defeated Hap.Petah Tikva. Hap.Petah Tikva lost third consecutive game. Elitzur Holon will play against higher ranked Bnot Hertzeliya (#4) on the road in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Hap.Petah Tikva will play against Hapoel Rishon Le-Zion (#6) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
