Very predictable result when third ranked Campli (13-3) defeated at home 14th ranked Mola (4-12) 95-80 on Wednesday. Campli dominated down low during the game scoring 64 of its points in the paint compared to Mola's 42. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international center Christian DiGiuliomaria (210-79) who helped to win the game recording 19 points, 9 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 blocks and forward Giovanni Fattori (203-85, agency: SPORTlab Agency) who added 15 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists during the contest. Five Campli players scored in double figures. At the losing side Nicola Bastone (195-92) responded with 20 points and forward Emanuele Musci (200-92) scored 13 points and 5 rebounds. Newly promoted Campli maintains third position in B with 13-3 record having just two points less than leader Forli, which they share with Bergamo. Loser Mola dropped to the thirteenth place with 12 games lost. Campli will face Falconara (#4) on the road in the next round. Mola will play against Bisceglie (#11) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
