Regular Season Round 17: Angers BC - Blois 51-85

Leader ADA Blois recorded the fourteenth victory. This time they crushed 8th ranked Angers BC (8-8) 85-51. The game without a history. ADA Blois led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Angers BC's 32. Benjamin Monclar (188-88) orchestrated the victory by scoring 16 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). British-Ghanian center Eric Boateng (208-85, college: Arizona St.) contributed with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. Five ADA Blois players scored in double figures. American forward Auston Calhoun (201-90, college: Bowling Green, agency: HMS) answered with 17 points and 8 rebounds and the other American import forward Cedrick Williams (206-92, college: NC-Wilmington) added 12 points and 9 rebounds in the effort for Angers BC. ADA Blois maintains first place with 14-3 record. Angers BC at the other side keeps the eighth position with eight games lost. They share it with Mulhouse and GET Vosges. ADA Blois will play against SAP Vaucluse (#7) in Sorgues in the next round which should be theoretically another easy game. Angers BC will play at home against CFBB and hopes to get back on the winning track.
