Bottom-ranked Moycullen managed to get a third victory, breaking the six-game losing streak. This time newly promoted Moycullen won against ninth-ranked Eanna in Galway 76-68. Moycullen brought some defensive toughness making 8 blocks. The winners were led by center Ronan O'Sullivan (190-93) who scored that evening 20 points and the former international guard Dylan Cunningham (195-91) supported him with 13 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. Even a double-double of 10 points and 12 rebounds by center Conor Gallagher (208-84) did not help to save the game for Eanna. American forward Connor Poston (196, college: Gettysburg) added 14 points and 5 rebounds. Four Eanna players scored in double figures. Moycullen (3-10) moved-up to ninth place.
