There was a minor upset when 6th ranked Nassjo (11-11) was defeated at home by eighth ranked Malbas (8-14) 81-64 on Tuesday. Malbas dominated on the defensive end, holding Nassjo to just 3 points in second quarter. American guard Darion Rackley (190-92, college: Jacksonville St.) scored 20 points to lead the charge for the winners and Serbian-Canadian forward Aleksandar Danilovic (202-93) chipped in 13 points and 8 rebounds during the contest. Four Malbas players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was American forward Cole Darling (203-91, college: Wright St., agency: Dynamics Global Management) with 20 points and 4 assists and Serbian guard Aleksa Solevic (183-93) scored 7 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists. Nassjo's coach Raul Jimenez rotated ten players seeing no chance for a win. Newly promoted Malbas maintains eighth position with 8-14 record. Loser Nassjo keeps the sixth place with 11 games lost.
