The game between closely ranked teams ended with 14th ranked Ironi Ashkelon's (3-12) road loss to thirteenth ranked Hapoel Kazrin (5-10) 89-112 on Tuesday. American forward Dominique Keller (205-88, college: Illinois) came up with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 11 rebounds and guard Alon Levin (188-95) added 18 points and 12 assists respectively for Ironi Ashkelon in the defeat. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Hapoel Kazrin moved-up to twelfth place, which they share with Elitzur Yavne. Ironi Ashkelon lost ninth consecutive game. They stay at the bottom position with 12 games lost. Hapoel Kazrin will meet higher ranked Ironi Kiryat Ata (#3) on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
