Another interesting game was a derby match between two teams from Tallinn: TLU/Kalev (#4) and TTU (#7). TLU/Kalev (9-6) won against visiting TTU (6-11) 83-78. TTU was ahead by 1 point at the halftime before a 23-16 third quarter run of TLU/Kalev. They dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to TTU's 38. Worth to mention a great performance of Lithuanian center Dominykas Milka (203-92, college: St.Rose, NY) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 22 points and 11 rebounds. American guard Tom Droney (197-91, college: Davidson) contributed with 15 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists for the winners. International point guard Rait-Riivo Laane (179-93) replied with 13 points and 7 assists and the former international forward Kristjan Kitsing (205-90) added 10 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for TTU. Four TLU/Kalev and five TTU players scored in double figures. TLU/Kalev maintains fourth position with 9-6 record. TTU lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the eighth place with 11 games lost. TLU/Kalev will play against BC Rakvere (#5) on the road in the next round.
