No shocking result in a game when twelfth ranked Oleggio (8-11) beat at home bottom-ranked Trecate (0-19) 78-66 on Sunday. It was a very good performance for the former international power forward Alessandro Paesano (203-93, agency: SPORTlab Agency) who helped to win the game recording 29 points and 9 rebounds. Nigerian power forward David Okeke (184-98) contributed with 10 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Emanuele Gerli (195-90) answered with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 14 rebounds and swingman Stefano Scrocco (200-77) added 14 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists in the effort for Trecate. Four Trecate players scored in double figures. Oleggio moved-up to ninth place in B, which they share with Varese Coels. Newly promoted Trecate still closes the standings with 19 games lost. Oleggio will face higher ranked Valsesia (#7) on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Trecate will play against San Miniato (#9) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
