The game between fifth ranked Osaka Evessa (20-10) and 12th ranked Hiroshima L. (1-23) in Osaka on Sunday ended with biggest points difference. Osaka Evessa outscored guests from Hiroshima 108-55. Nigerian-Canadian Olu Ashaolu (200-88, college: Oregon) contributed with 15 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Singletary is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Five Osaka Evessa players scored in double figures. Coach Dai Oketani's team controlled all game and the coach could let to play 11 players and allowed the starting five to rest. Forward Hiroshi Funayama (190-92) replied with 13 points and 8 rebounds and Ayumu Osawa (-91) added 10 points and 5 assists in the effort for Hiroshima L.Osaka Evessa have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain fifth position with 20-10 record. Hiroshima L. lost fourteenth consecutive game. Newly promoted team keeps the twelfth place with 23 games lost.
