The game in Copenhagen was also quite interesting. Seventh ranked Stevnsgade (4-17) played at the court of 8th ranked SISU (3-19). Stevnsgade managed to secure a 7-point victory 92-85 on Sunday. SISU was trailing by 7 points at halftime but managed to get 3-point lead after three quarters before a 28-18 charge of Stevnsgade, which allowed them to win the game. Stevnsgade shot 25 for 38 from the free-throw line, while SISU only scored eight points from the stripe. The best player for the winners was the former international point guard Mikael Nielsen (178-90) who scored 18 points and 4 assists. American power forward Alonzo Brooks (201-84, college: Central Mo.) chipped in 22 points. At the other side the best for losing team was international forward Frederik Rungby (199-93) who recorded 16 points and 7 rebounds and Montenegrin center Zivojin Grubovic (207-85) added 22 points respectively. Four SISU players scored in double figures. SISU's coach Alain Pierre Attallah tested ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Newly promoted Stevnsgade maintains seventh place with 4-17 record. Loser SISU stay dead last with 19 lost games. Stevnsgade will meet at home league's second-placed Bakken in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. SISU will play against Naestved (#3) and hope to secure a win.
