No shocking result in a game in Tarnobrzeg where sixth ranked Energa Czarni (13-5) defeated 14th ranked Stabill (4-15) 83-71 on Sunday. The guests trailed by 3 points at the halftime before their 45-30 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Energa Czarni outrebounded Stabill 45-31 including 31 on the defensive glass. The former international forward Jaroslaw Mokros (200-90) fired a double-double by scoring 18 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. American forward Justin Jackson (203-90, college: Cincinnati) chipped in 17 points and 9 rebounds. Four Energa Czarni players scored in double figures. Energa Czarni's coach Donaldas Kairys used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American center Zach Robbins (208-91, college: Dixie St.) produced a double-double by scoring 11 points and 10 rebounds and American-Nigerian guard Mfon Udofia (188-90, college: Georgia Tech, agency: Octagon Europe) added 16 points respectively for lost side. Energa Czarni moved-up to fifth place. Stabill lost ninth consecutive game. They keep the fourteenth position with 15 games lost. Energa Czarni will face Slask (#14) in Wroclaw in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Stabill will play on the road against AZS Koszalin and hope to win that game.
