The game in Grodno supposed to be also worth to mention about. Fifth ranked Vitebsk (11-7) played at the court of 6th ranked Prinemanye (5-13). Vitebsk smashed Prinemanye 98-62. The game without a history. Vitebsk led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 64 of its points in the paint compared to Prinemanye's 30 and had 22 for 31 from the free-throw line, while Prinemanye only scored five points from the stripe. Vitebsk forced 25 Prinemanye turnovers. Prinemanye was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of point guard Ivan Aladko (192-95, agency: Mike Diesel) who helped to win the game recording 21 points and 4 steals. Forward Victor Ovsepyan (204-91) contributed with 13 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Power forward Victor Ilyukevich (203-94) replied with 11 points and 8 rebounds and guard Pavel Suvorov (185-95) added 12 points and 4 assists in the effort for Prinemanye. Four Prinemanye players scored in double figures. Prinemanye's coach gave up on the game allowing to play twelve players seeing no chance for a win. Vitebsk have an impressive six-game winning streak. They maintain fifth position with 11-7 record. Prinemanye at the other side keeps the sixth place with 13 games lost. They share the position with BGEU-RCOR. Vitebsk will play against BGEU-RCOR (#7) in Osipovichi in the next round. Prinemanye will play on the road against GOCOR-Sozh in Gomel and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
