There was no surprise when 14th ranked Sangiorgese (6-16) was defeated on the road by ninth ranked Varese Coels. (10-12) 71-62 on Wednesday. Varese Coels. made 24-of-28 free shots (85.7 percent) during the game. Sangiorgese was plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch.
